Pawsome Grooms By Jessie
Your beloved pup is in great hands with Jessie Colon-Sanchez. With over 10 years of professional experience in grooming and pet care, Jessie is committed to delivering on the expectations of every pet parent of PupLuxe Grooming.
Prior to the launch of the PupLuxe Grooming van, Jessie has operated as a salon leader for three corporate grooming salons. In each salon, he coached his groomers on developing higher quality standards of grooming and ensured that all safety protocols and safe grooming techniques were adhered to, effectively reducing the number of incidents in the district. He also operated as the district academy trainer for Central Florida, developing high-performing and ambitious bathers into successful pet stylists.
After the pandemic changed the world we once knew, it was very clear that the pet grooming business would change as well. As more and more people now work from home, the need for at-home grooming services drastically increased, and what few mobile groomers were out there could barely keep up with the demand, let alone operate at the capacity of a full-service salon.
Introducing PupLuxe Grooming
As the demand for mobile grooming continued to increase, Jessie imagined a mobile grooming experience with no compromises. With his connections to high-end grooming product vendors and access to distributors from the grooming competition realm, he quickly realized the only thing standing in his way of creating the ultimate high-end mobile grooming experience was the vehicle itself.
With the help of his husband and graphic designer, Johan Colon-Sanchez, they were able to finance the perfect van, customize it inside and out, craft our digital presence and put all the systems and processes in place to establish this business on wheels.
And just like that, on May 17, 2022, Jessie crafted what would become the premier grooming experience for Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere and surrounding communities. And now, the only thing we are missing the secret sauce that makes PupLuxe Grooming so special...

Justin Fillbach-Olivieri
Justin joined PupLuxe in May 2023, exactly one year after the launch of our first mobile grooming van. Having completed his grooming academy training under Jessie, he has continued to develop his skills and artistry over several years as a professional pet groomer.
With a love for color, creativity, and art, Justin brings an expressive eye to his work and has a particular passion for creative grooming. He enjoys finding ways to combine technical grooming skills with his artistic side, helping pups look and feel their best while giving pet parents an opportunity to show off a little personality and flair.
Beyond creating great-looking grooms, Justin prioritizes the health and well-being of every pup in his care, with particular attention to maintaining healthy skin and coats and creating a positive grooming experience.
When he’s not grooming, Justin enjoys spending time with his husband, two adorable pups, and two sweet kitties. He’s also an avid fan of music festivals, podcasting, and traveling with his hubby.
Tori Andrzejczyk Colón
Tori has had a lifelong passion for animals, a love that guided her into a career in pet care and grooming. She studied Veterinary Assisting at a technical college and later graduated from the Woof Gang Academy of Grooming as a certified pet stylist. With over three years of grooming experience, Tori is particularly skilled in hand scissoring and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
She joined the PupLuxe Grooming team in October 2025 and is excited to continue sharpening her skills in creative grooming, aiming to bring vibrant, eye-catching styles to her pups.
When she’s not grooming, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband and her Maltese, Gizmo. She also loves painting, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
Elizabeth "Liz" Budnicki
Liz joined PupLuxe in 2025 with over four years of experience in pet care and grooming. With a background as a fine art major, she was drawn to grooming after making a career change and discovering a unique way to combine her creativity with her lifelong love of animals. What began as a new career path quickly became a rewarding form of artistry, allowing her to use her eye for detail and creativity while making a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their families.
Liz believes grooming should always be a positive experience, and she takes the time to understand each dog’s personality, comfort level, and individual needs. She knows that no two pups are exactly alike and approaches each appointment with patience and attentiveness, adapting her care to help every dog feel as comfortable and confident as possible throughout the grooming process.
Whether providing a routine bath or a full groom, Liz’s top priorities are every dog’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being. She treats every pup as if they were her own and takes pride not only in helping them look and feel their best, but also in building trust and creating a grooming experience both pets and their parents can feel good about.
Paige Ruskaup
Paige brings over eight years of professional pet care experience to PupLuxe Grooming, beginning her career in 2018 while attending college. Originally aspiring to become a veterinarian, she discovered her passion for grooming after starting as a dog bather and completing professional grooming training. She quickly fell in love with helping dogs look and feel their very best.
After beginning her career in a traditional salon environment, Paige transitioned to mobile grooming in 2022 and has spent the past four years providing personalized, one-on-one care to pups right at their homes. She understands that every dog has their own unique personality and needs, and prioritizes creating a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pup in her care.
Outside of grooming, Paige is a proud pet parent to a cat and a dog who mean the world to her. She brings that same compassion to her work, treating every pup with the care and attention she would want for her own.
Our Support Staff

Johan Colón-Sanchez

Even though he is rarely in the van, Johan plays an integral role in the success of PupLuxe Grooming. He created and manages this website, maintains and improves our social presence online, ensures all of our systems and processes are running smoothly, and facilitates all the backend administrative responsibilities of the business.
Johan has over 15 years of experience working as a graphic designer in the marketing and advertising field. His experience has helped catapult PupLuxe Grooming from a startup with no clientele, to the busy salon on wheels that everyone is raving about.
He primarily manages his duties from home in the company of his and Jessie's 2 pups, a golden doodle named Doodles, and a Bichon Frise named Odette.
