January 2026 Update

Happy New Year everyone!

Wowwwieee! We’ve been so busy pampering pups all across Central Florida that it’s been a while since our last update. As we head into 2026, we have a few important changes to share with our PupLuxe family.

Pricing Adjustments Effective in April 2026

We’re proud to say we’ve been able to keep our pricing steady since 2024. However, due to the continued rise in operating costs, we’ve made the decision to adjust our pricing for Bath, Mini Groom, and Full Groom services.

Starting April 1, 2026:

  • Starting prices will increase by $10
  • Most clients can expect a proportional increase of $10, depending on their pet’s service needs

We’ll be reaching out individually to clients who will be affected as the effective date approaches. As always, we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and trust—it allows us to maintain the high-quality care and attention your pups deserve.

Updates to Our Terms of Service

Some of you may have already noticed that you’ve been prompted to resign our Terms of Service in As part of these updates, you may notice that our app will now prompt you to review and acknowledge our updated Terms & Policies in order to confirm your appointments. We’ve taken time to reassess and revise these terms to ensure they’re easy to understand and reflect several policy updates made since our launch.

Some of the key updates include:

  • Added clarity around liability and how our Hold Harmless clause applies
  • Payment and refund policies
  • Appointment confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling policies
  • Frequency-based pricing, along with other fees and service adjustments

While a physical signature isn’t required for these terms to take effect, the app will still ask you to complete them before confirming future appointments.

How to complete the process:

  1. Click your appointment confirmation link
  2. Select “Complete To-Do List” at the top of your profile page
  3. Review and acknowledge the updated terms

Once completed, you’ll be able to confirm your appointments as usual.

Groomer Schedule Changes

Most of our groomers will have few—if any—schedule changes next year. As always, we’ll proactively notify any clients who may be affected as changes begin to take effect.

The most significant update is that Jessie will now be grooming exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, effective immediately, as he shifts focus toward driving the business forward in his role as Owner and Fleet Manager.

We’ll make every effort to accommodate Jessie’s clients on his two available days. However, if we’re unable to fit you into his schedule, rest assured that our talented grooming team is ready and excited to pamper your pup with the same high level of care you’ve come to expect. 😊🐾
